[Unsolved] Looking For "Underwater night vision" plugin

Hey, i'm looking for a underwater night vision plugin.
It basically turn on infinity night vision potion effect when underwater.
All replies are appreciated, thank you!
EDIT: If there is any alternative plugins to this, i would be happy to know.

It's indeed easy to make but i want a already made plugin with a active developer.

I don't know how big area you want to be like that. But if you don't find a plugin, you might be lucky with craftbook.

 

Can craftbook give night vision under water and which line in config if yes?

 

My thought is a potion inducer activated by a IC from craftbook. This will limit action to certain areas ofc, but might work, if such a potion exists.

I made a plugin called Light, found here.
I might add a feature or make a seperate plugin for this, though.

 

I'm pretty much stuck because nobody on IRC want help me, i'm unsure what I even should type to make that active potion effect "night vision" under water: http://pastebin.com/7e4kK4KV , the IC name is MC1217 for that.

It's exactly what i did.. The IC name is MC1217 for that. And my problem is that i don't know what to put inside of the ic-config.

The problem is that is that i don't know what to put inside of the ic-config, i put this before:
MC1217:

potion-effect: speed:1:15
but i don't know how to make this effect players when being under water.
