Unrestrict command blocks

Commands /kick /ban /op /deop and /stop have been disabled
I need a plugin that can unrestrict the command blocks so that all commands can be run

 

I believe this is client sided-ed.

 

You can check if the command was sent by the Command Block (@)

 

What use could there possibly be to using /op on a commandblock?

I don't need /op and /deop for command blocks. I was going to use them for a server control panel I'm building that's deep underground with a protected spawn, but, okay.

 

you could get a plugin that overrids the Bukkit commands with theres then it might work
