   There are a few hackers on my server , spamming and advertising , I can't ban them because of there name it contains many unknown characters like a bunny head and symbols and all that stuff.
   Please help me reveal there names or how to ban them .

   There are files created if you have essentials with records of all the players on your server. Look at them and copy

   use a plugin to get their ip and ban their ip.
   
   or even easier...
   
   go into your server folder > world > players
   
   you should see their name .dat
   
   click it, highlight all but the .dat and use that!
