Ultimate Head Hunting

Suggested name: UHH

What I want:
Whenever somebody kills someone then they get their head.
Then they can do /UHH auction head {price}
Once they do this then the head will be on an auction. People will bid using /UHH bid
Once the head has finished auction then that player will have a number next to there rank which says {1}
That means their head has been sold for the most money.
If it has {0} that means they are immortal and their head was never sold.
If someone heads sells for more then the 1st player then they get 1st and the other player goes to 2 E.T.C
