Plugin Request TWDead

Hello, I'm am the owner of a small server.
What I'm looking for : I am looking if someone were to make a zombie plugin where zombies were to spawn around the player frequently. In addition, if they can sometimes spawn in a small horde that would be epic.
(This is optional) If they can go a little faster with no particle effects.
Permissions : This needs no permissions what so ever!
When I would like it : As soon as it can be made!

If this possible I would greatly appreciate it!
