Turn Based Combat Similar to Toontown Online

What I want: A plugin that can manipulate the ToonTown Online Battle system. Make this system activate when rightclicking, leftclicking, or just touching a npc to activate. Ideas would be to make the NPC and Player freeze, and then a chest appears with the available gags a player can have, these gags can appear from the gags of a persons inventory. If you select for example a throw gag, the player drops the pie and does damage to the NPC. Then the NPC selects a random attack. It would be nice if you an customize the damage a NPC can the in the battle system. Here is a video of a example

This is rather a task for a mod than a plugin. And everyone (me) who doesn't know toowntown rewritten won't understand how it's battling system works. Maybe just read the README first
