Tracking Specific Item

What I want: I want to keep it short so here is what I need:
Just a plugin that would track the specific item, like if I would add: Gold Ingot to the config it would now be tracked.
I don't even want it to make a log file if that is too much, just make it say in the console: Player picked up 2 Gold Ingots at X Y Z.
Putting that phrase is console would be enough or just making a log file would also do.
The essential thing I want is: Add any item to a Config and then it will say in console/log to a file what player picks it up at the coords he is standing.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: Doesn't really need any permissions if you ask me.

When I'd like it by: Anytime, it is just to enhance the RP in my Server. However as soon as possible would be awesome.
