Towny Problem, get spammed with getcache.

    First off, I never liked the idea of downloading and using a brand new non-recommended bukkit build for JUST Towny, and to top it off I get spammed with, cannot get CREATE_CREATURE, and getcache and tons of other weird stuff. Mostly when someone tries to join.
    Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated,

    Also, whenever someone logs in they also get spammed with the message. Creating the server tons of lag and also taking about 1-2 minutes to log in.
