Top Title Bar - BastiGHG

Hi,
I just saw some kind of top title bar. Now I want to recreate it and make use of it.



After some time of searching the internet, I couldnt find anything related to this, so I am sure someone here can help me.

I think he means the "cyan banner" thing, but this is not possible with only a plugin i think. @zeus1309 you need to code a mod for this.

I understood that its not possible without a mod.

But is it possible to have a single line at the top of the screen without any mod (only with plugin)? like the boss bar text only without the bar it self.

 

I don't believe it is possible with a plugin, but it might be possible with a resource pack.
