Suggested name: ProvidonTools

What I want: Depending on what block you are hitting, I want the tool in your hand to change. If you start hitting dirt, your tool changes to a shovel. P.S. it must only work if the tool you have in your hand has a specific name. Otherwise, it wont switch.

When you replace a tool with another tool, it must be the same name. A possible name could be "Providon MultiTool". I want to be able to change it though. Thewy must also have enchants that I can change, and lores.

All types of tools and their reason to appear
Sword: if hitting air
Pickaxe: hitting a stone type. Ex: coal ore, stone, stone;1
Axe: hitting a wood type block
Shovel: hitting a shovel type block. Ex: dirt, sand, gravel.

Note: once the player is done hitting blocks, keep the tool as whatever it is currently, until they hit another block.

Ideas for commands: /PMT (gives the player the multitool)

Ideas for permissions: PMT.op (lets player use the only command)
