TNT/Falling Block/Enderpearl Load chunks

Minecraft version: Paperspigot 1.12.2 (Note this version doesn't have tnt loading chunks in the paper.yml file, which is why I am here)

Suggested name: TNTChunkLoader

What I want:
A plugin that allows the tnt entity, falling block entities and enderpearl entities to load chunks so that long range cannons work.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No perms needed for this plugin.

When I'd like it by: 30th December.
