Timed Give Items

I am looking for a simple plugin that gives players in a certain area a certain item every x amount of seconds. I also need permissions to increase the rate at which the player gets the item. I am using this for a game where you get ammo and you can upgrade the rate at which you get the ammo, but only in a specific arena.
