okay, so my server has a few races and i wanted one to be able to fly, but there isnt a plugin created for the type of flight i want. i want the players with certain permission (something like timedflight.use) to be able to fly for 2 minutes, and then it turns off after the 2 minutes. then they also have a cool down until they can fly again, 5 minutes.
