The better grapple plugin!

    Suggested name: GrappleArrow

    What I want: A plugin that allows you to grapple. To use this one, you have to craft a special arrow, arrow with a string, and then shoot it away with a bow. Then, you pull yourself there by right-clicking or left-clicking.
    Awesome would be if you couldd add the string animation as on the fishing rod.

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Ideas for permissions: use.grapple

    When I'd like it by: As soon as possible!
