Texturepacks not downloading properly to clients?

    Since the first CB release of 1.5, it seems as though texturepacks are not properly downloading to clients.
    This is the link I use in the "texture-pack" option: https://dl.dropbox.com/s/r0wvtacqnuop5jr/MCWarZ.zip?dl=1

    This link has worked for past minecraft versions, but not for this one. Is it a problem on my end, a craftbukkit problem, or a minecraft 1.5 client problem?

    When I log on to my server where it downloads the texturepack, the client reads and downloads it, but it isn't applied.

    I am having the same problem :l The experience is different just playing in default D: Hopefully some replies to you,as I need help as wel..
