    Hello recently i went on a server that had a little thing that caught my eye.
    They had text showing above the armor and water breath marks. Like how music discs show there but text.
    Can someone make a plugin that is showing custom text there

    @timtower I think he is talking about one of those 1.8 footers.

    Nope. He is talking about "Text that shows above your Hotbar, Health etc...".
    That is a feature of Spigot.

    Moved to Alternatives Section.
