I don't know if this kind of plugin already exists, but basically I want a plugin which will temporarily ban a user for 48 hours after they die five times (or some number that can be adjusted in the config) I have seen many plugins which can ban a user on one death, but none that let you ban after a configured amount of deaths. I appreciate being pointed in the right direction however please be moderately nice as I'm new to Bukkit Forums. Thanks!

Yeah, permissions is needed to use BanOnDeath's lives system. There's currently some non-breaking issues with the current version, I'm working on getting an update out that rewrites most of the plugin.
