   Suggested name: Teleportals
   
   What I want: I'd like a plugin like multiverse portals, except instead of taking to you to a world, it takes you to somewhere in a world. I'd like it to be customisable with any blocks you choose, just like multiverse portals. Basically exactly the same mechanisms as MV-P except it can take you to places IN worlds, not just the world spawn
   
   Ideas for commands: /teleportals create [world] [x] [y] [z] [yaw] [pitch] [name]. /teleportals delete [name], /teleportals reload,
   
   Ideas for permissions: teleportals.admin (needed to do all commands), no permission needed to use a portal
   
   When I'd like it by: Any time is fine but ASAP please
