tekkit server not opening(same as bukkit but with mods)

    I get an .dll error when i try to run my tekkit server any help?(vindows vista java 7update 9
    the dll error is: error: loading: c:/program files/java/jre7/bin/msvcr100.dll
    error: loading: c:/program files/java/jre7/bin/server/jvm.dll

    anyone know how to fix this??
    i really want to set up an lan server.
    this doesnt show up with the minecraftserver.exe
    is there a way to run the bukkit/tekkit server with an exefile?
