Plugin category: General Suggested name: Supernatural What I want: I'd like a plugin that can give players abilities based on their permission (Angel, Demon, Deities, Ghost, Vampire and Werewolf). When they press shift in slot 9 a GUI opens up with the abilities they have. here are the abilities: Angel abilities: Holy Light: left-click to send out a white holy light that damages a player on hit. it does 5 hearts damage. Invulnerability: A passive to give the players that have the permission 4 extra hearts. Regeneration: if an angel loses more than 5 hearts, they will start to heal rapidly until they are completely healed. Telekinesis: right-click a player and shoot them 10 blocks back. Pyrokinesis: Ignite a player for 5 seconds when you hit them. Healing: left click players to heal them completely. Invisibility: Become invisible for 10 seconds. Demon abilities: Flight: left-click to fly for 10 seconds. Smoke particles will appear around you. Teleportation: left-click to teleport 20 blocks into the direction you hit. Summoning: right-click the ground to summon skeletons and zombies that will NOT attack you. Deities abilities: Shapeshifting: open a GUI of all players you can shape shift into. lasts for 15 seconds. Ghosts abilities: Electric Interference: shift to disable all redstone mechanics within a 30 block radius for 30 seconds (and turn glowstone into stone and back after 30 seconds) Thermokinesis: shift to effect all players within a 10 block radius with slowness for 15 seconds and blindness for 5 seconds. Super Speed: passive to have speed 2 forever. Vampire Abilities: Super Strength: passive to have strength 1 forever. Super Stamina: Vampire’s NEVER get hungry. Vampire Weakness: Sunlight: in the day, vampires burn, unless they have sun.block. Werewolf abilities: Super Agility: werewolf’s have jump boost 1 passive forever. Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin. Ideas for permissions: supernatural.holylight supernatural.invulnerability supernatural.regeneration supernatural.telekinesis supernatural.pyrokinesis supernatural.healing supernatural.invisibility supernatural.flight supernatural.teleportation supernatural.summoning supernatural.shapeshifting supernatural.electric supernatural.thermokinesis supernatural.superspeed supernatural.superstrength supernatural.superstamina supernatural.sunlight supernatural.sun.block supernatural.superagility if some of these are too hard to make, just let me know When I'd like it by: Take your time

This a pretty large project, but I like it. I might take it when I am done with another plugin I am doing, I'll let you know And can you explain Shapelifting a little bit more pls?

This is for a server based on the episodes Supernatural, where players choose a class from those listed above (don't include this plugin), and the classes get certain abilities. Shapeshifting, the player chooses that in the GUI, and it lists all the players online, their heads in another GUI, and if i click let's say your head, then i would be disguised as the player with the name tag and everything. if it's not too hard. If it is, then maybe you can skip the nematic if you want
@gaepora I don't know if it is possible to change the player to have all the others properties of another player, if it is I can't do that. Everything else I am pretty sure I could do it. Also please tag me so I get notified.
@OkinawaBoss I thought it was broken for 1.8? I don't know I have never tried that. I'll read it over and give it a try though.
@gaepora I started doing your request and have a question for you. I could do your plugin in two ways, I'll let you choose which way you want me to do it: 1. I could create the plugin with all the list of permissions you wanted me to do it, just as requested. 2. I could create a permission for every class, for example: supernatural.angel or supernatural.vampire. Every class would open a different GUI, so every class is only able to see their abilities in the GUI. Let me know so I can finish this as soon as possible.
@TheNewTao Also something i forgot to mention, shapeshifting will play the effect crit and will leave the player with 3 hearts Holy light will send out the cloud particle and play zombie.fizz sound EDIT: Sure, it can destroy it
@gaepora Thanks to our beautiful Bukkit community, I was able to figure out disguises. GUI is almost done, now I have to code all the features
@gaepora Also do you want me to place a cooldown for each ability? It might be too op without a small cooldown, maybe 30secs?
@timtower Sure, I'll make it configurable in the config EDIT/UPDATE: @gaepora I have the GUI done, following abilities are done: speed, strength, stamina, agility, telekinesis, regeneration. Working on the rest! (Also shapeshifting is kind of done, have to code the GUI for that, where it will show all the player's heads.)
