I did a search and I could not find anything about it. Would it to be possible for a plugin to give the same superchaged effect that creepers get when they are shocked by lightning? I'd love to have a plugin that can do this. Here is a picture of what I'm talking about. No-one else interested in this? Damn I thought it was a good idea. Anyway this is my last bump. That does look epic however I am afraid there is no way to send packets to the client through a plugin.
