Stuck on Nether Portal because Automatic Forced Custom Texture Pack!

Hello everyone!

I have a problem on my server. This loads a texture pack automatically. This works fine, the problem is in the Nether portal. When one returns from the Nether, to the world. As default the player appears inside the portal, take a few seconds to load the textures for some reason, so it returns to the Nether again and again, in a loop, can't return to the world.

Anyone know any way to resolve this?

It can be configured in some way that the player appear always some blocks before the portal?
