Suggested name: Stratagem

What I want: I would like a command to be executed in console or by other plugins (not executed ingame) that can clear FALLING_BLOCK, WITHER_SKULL, SHULKER_BULLET, SMALL_FIREBALL, FIREBALL, EVOKER_FANGS, LLAMA_SPIT. Another command if possible in this same plugin that disables spawning of all kinds of creatures (water creatures, mobs, animals, passives, etc) for some minutes for some spawn reasons (CHUNK_GEN,CUSTOM,DEFAULT, DROWNED, NATURAL,REINFORCEMENTS,SILVERFISH_BLOCK,SLIME_SPLIT,SPAWNER,VILLAGE_INVASION). Another command if possible that disables all creatures AI for some minutes.

Ideas for commands:

• /stratagem clear # clears FALLING_BLOCK, WITHER_SKULL, SHULKER_BULLET, SMALL_FIREBALL, FIREBALL, EVOKER_FANGS, LLAMA_SPIT
• /stratagem nospawn 5 # disables spawn of all new entities for 5 minutes (time configurable)
• /stratagem noai 5 # disables AI of all active creatures for 5 minutres (time configurable)

Ideas for permissions: No permissions for users, the command should be only valid for console and operators.

Ideas for configuration: not needed

Notes: this can be done in two sepparate plugins in case it's easier for the Devs; one for the entity clear and another one for the nospawn option or ai disabling.

Do you need old Versions compatibility? Cause I am no really sure if I could do that
