Stop players from joining during specific times

I'm starting up a hunger games server and I'm wondering of anyone knows/could make a plugin that could stop people from joining once the game has started. Thank you very much!

 

Just use the already built in Whitelist feature. Only certain people would be able to join.

 

It's not that I don't want people to join. It's that I don't want them to join while the game is going on.

 

You can turn it off once you finish the game?

It should be pretty simple, but I don't have to to make the plugin myself.

So you want them to be banned upon death?

 

I've found a ban upon death plugin, I'm just looking for something to stop new people from joining while the game is going on.
