Stone tools!?

    Hi, please can anyone say me which of these plugins listed below are causing that when someone joins on server for first time he gets all stone tools(Stone Sword, Stone Shovel, Stone Pickaxe, Stone Axe).

    open essentials config.yml, scroll down to essentialsnewbie section, change kit: tools to kit:
    this disables the starter kit.
