Filled StatsCounter [1.10]

Minecraft version: Minecraft 1.10

Suggested name: StatsCounter

What I want: I want a plugin where I can see the top deaths and top kills. When a player kills someone or dies, it will say in chat "&8[&bCounter&8] &2+1&7 to the &2Death/Kill &7Counter!"

Ideas for commands and permissions:
No Permission Needed
- /kills > Shows how many players you have killed.
- /deaths > Shows how many deaths you have.
- /topdeaths > Lists players with the top 10 deaths and how much they have.
- /topkills > Lists players with the top 10 kills and how much they have.
statcount.admin
- /deaths reset > Resets every players deaths and broadcasts to everyone who had the most.
- /kills reset > Resets every players kills and broadcasts the player with the most.
- /deaths reset [Player] > Only resets the said players deaths
- /kills reset [Player] > Only resets the said players kills

To be honest I'm almost done, I thought it was a cool idea so I started making it just for fun.
