Just wondering if it were possible for someone to create a way (permissions) to either give someone fly mode or just item mose or both (already possible).
I tried this once... what I did was used the spout server addition to dectect when a player opens his/her inventory and when that occurs, rapidly switch the UI to that of an open chest. This gives the player the normal inventory, but the player can still unlimitedly place blocks and any items put in the 'chest' part of the UI are lost forever. So... not really possible. Someone could prove me wrong though!
So many server owners want it split i really don't see why notch could not just make gamemode 2 and 3 each being the single parts of gamemode 1. I'm sure it would take all of 30 min to make :/ and i really don't see how it could create any more bugs /issues....
