So ever since I got Essentials for my server I got a bug where when I righ-clicked on my dark oak fences on my server they dissapeared, and when I tried to mousewheel-click on the fences to get them they instantly dissapear from my inventory. This also applies to iron trapdoors and stuff. Also the signs are all messed up and they have these "" things on them. Also another thing to note is that I switched to spigot build 1649 because it adds more compatibility to plugins. EDIT by Timtower: merged posts
I'm not sure which build #1649 is, but if you're on 1.8 or higher, make sure you get Essentials here: https://hub.spigotmc.org/jenkins/job/Spigot-Essentials/
I just decided to make a new spawn from scratch. I also did get essentials from there but no matter. Thanks anyway! (can someone lock this thread?)
