Question [Spigot 1.8.8] PermissionsEX - Problem!

Hello.

I'm new on this forum and I have a question about permissionsex. I'm owning a server and I installed permissionsex to create groups with ranks and permissions.

I created 3 rank groups: OWNER, ADMIN and MOD.

I set the prefix too, so I did this on the console: "pex user Xyntra group set Owner". But I don't have the prefix, i have "[Exampe]" as a prefix... please help me. Excuse my english. And i can give u my skype and teamviewer IP.
