Plugin Help /spawnmob Enchanter armor

How would one use /spawnmob with enchanted diamond armor (like enchanted 1000);
I can't use command blocks because they're disabled
What i'm trying to do;
/spawnmob zombiesome way of enchanting the armor) 10

 

Are you trying to enchant armour using /spawnmob? I don't understand the question you're trying to convey.

Just get TimTheEnchanter on your server and do /enchant <enchantment type> <1-1000>

 

I can only do it with /spawnmob

 

Ask someone in charge of the server for level 1000 diamond chestplate, since you clearly do not own it.

 

i need the actual way to do it with /spawnmob; is there any way to do it or is that impossible?
