Spawn on a specific radius (1.15.2)

    Suggested name: SpawnRadius
    Ideas for commands: /sr ~ ~ ~ 160
    Minecraft version: 1.15.2
    What I want: I need a plugin where the spawn is an editable radius around a specific center so let's say 160 block radius around 0, 0.
    The players should always spawn on the surface.
    I would be so grateful if someone made it

    You can do that with RandomLocation plugin.
