Sound on join

hello! just wondering if theres a Dev out there whos interested in making a plugin that when a new player join a exp like music plays for 3 seconds. and when some join theres a sort of 'ping' sound that plays.

if you can that would be great!

I don't fully understand this but I could make it!

 

hmm lemme see if i can make u understand basically a short song plays when a new member joins. but when someone logs in it makes a 'ping' soun or any quick sound

 

What sounds are you looking to play, i can do this for you.

 

What type of song?

 

any you think will do but if you are able to could u make it that exp sound thingy like when you lvl up to xp lvl 30 it plays a short song

also if i might add: 3 fireworks or so when a new person joins at their spawn point.

@VortexGmer i had a guy set up the on join part of it but i need it so it plays a song when someone new joins
