Plugin Help Some Plugins Dont Load On Startup

So Im creating my prison server, just to learn the basics.
I have some issues though. Sometimes when I start my server / reload my server, some plugins dont load, and when they do, others dont.
For example, im using Prison Mine to create my mines, and 75% of the time my mines dont load / dont exist even though they do exist in the folder.

Can you post the console logs? Are there any errors in the console?

 

Yes post logs via pastebin so we can see what's going on, also be real careful with the /reload command. Not all plugins behave well when reloaded. You might consider Getting a pluginmanager plugin that will let you load/unload plugins one at a time so if you're configuring a plugin you can just reload that specific plugin!
