Some access to commands denied.

I have set up the basics of the server like permissions and such. However, some commands I can not use although I've made them set for my group.

My permissions.yml file can be found at http://pastebin.com/kxN04n4u. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

 

wat plugins do you have,which ones dont work?

 

I'm guessing spacing issue.

I was originally install Help v3 by jascotty2 and Bonus by some dude named banana but I removed them due to errors that they were broken because of updates.

Still looking for help on this.

The permissions file is ok (check here), have you tried making yourself OP and see if the commands work?

 

Without OP, do you get an error when trying to use these commands?

Also an example command that you can't use may be helpful (to make sure you do in fact have the permission set to use that command)
