Solved [SOLVED] Players disappearing after a few blocks radius?

Example of the situation: A player moves about 16-20 blocks away from me, they disappear completely on both my end, and his end.

This happens to anyone on the server, and it is quite annoying. I can't find any sort of permission/config setting that changes this, and I have gone to the last resort and posted this on Bukkit in hopes of a kind soul to help me.

If this helps, Here is a list of my currently installed plugins: Essentials (as well as EssChat/Spawn), JSONAPI, LoginSecurity, Multiverse (Core, Inv, Portals), PEX, Vault, WorldEdit, and WorldGuard.

Nevermind, lol. I fixed it. It was the view-distance config setting in the server.properties file.
