   Mr. Minecraft

   I need a plugin that works on 1.4.2 that can easily set a dispenser to constantly dispense the same item. I already tried a few plugins that are fairly updated (1.3.2) and they don't work.

   If one were to create it for 1.4.2 it will be outdated when 1.4 recommended build
