[SOLVED]Can't stop the server.

Hi,i have a problem with my server,server is using cb 1060.
I recive an error something with "java input/output erorr and now the server is online but i can't connect,i can't stop the server,i can't restart the server,this is what it`s say when i try to restart/stop the server:

minecraft_server.jar could not be shut down... still running.
Tried to start but minecraft_server.jar was already running!

the server is hosted and i dont have acces to console,i have only a management page with stop/restart,its there a way to stop the server??

 

Seeing as you have extremely limited access to your server, you will need to get in touch with your hosting company to help you resolve this.

 

yes but that is the problem,the administrator is on vacation and can't help me,there's no other way to stop the server? from files or something ,i have ftp acces to the server.

 

I don't really think that you can do anything. Clearly, the wrapper that you have isn't working right now and you can't actually get into your server. If you could get into console, I recommend typing (screen -wipe) (without the ()). However, you said that you don't have access to console so there isn't much I can help you with. Also, this looks strictly like a minecraft problem, and has absolutely nothing to do with Bukkit.
