Filled Snow Plugin

Plugin category: Miscellaneous - (Couldn't think of a category)

Suggested name: Snowy Christmas ?

What I want: A plugin that makes it snow/look like it's snowing like this (the reason i'm not using it's outdated and throws a lot of errors into console and the developer no longer supports it).

I know that snow is client side but the way that plugin does it is by spawning a small firework spark.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: None.

When I'd like it by: Next week (December 15th) by the latest.

No, snow can be set server side too. Why isn't normal snowing enough?
Firework sparks only last for 4-5 secs

 

I could do a snow animation, but it would be somewhat performance heavy, if that is fine with you. I would be using a runnable every few ticks.

 

Only in snow biomes.

Also I don't want it to put snow on the ground.

If its going to make the server lag, sorry can't.

 

Packets make the pings higher.

 

But then it will put snow layers on the ground, which I don't want in the hub
