Smoking Plugin

Suggested name: Smoking +

What I want: I want a plugin that makes items put off smoke and give affects like potions. Example : If the item i choose is stick and its a cigarette then i would right click it and a puff of smoke would come out and it would give me strength or slowness. If it was a joint (feather) i would get high. Custom affects might be needed. How long the affects last depends on the affect.

This is just a fun plugin that i thought would be cool. It't kinda based off the Herblore Mod.

Uh.. okay. You should put some more information including such things as the names/lores, cooldowns, how long do the potions last, permissions, etc.
