Small lag when falled down somewhere ( getting damage to late )

Hey,

I'm not sure if there's already a thread about this because I searched for it but I didn't found any ( maybe because i'm bad at searching something ). Whatever... if you jump / fall somewhere down you will get fall damage ( logical ). But there's a small lag. You get the damage to "late".

I already tried to run my server on localhost and then connect to it, but there's still this lag. Is there a plugin or something what "fix" this? I'm not sure if it's because the computer is to low but I don't think so.
