SkyBlock Recipe Book

As in the famous skyblock server, the cookbook works in a simple way, get a new recipe and add it there because of the collections, but in this plugin it would be different.

To see the recipe, you would have to have specific permission for each recipe and they would be annotated by a GUI that would place the recipes one by 1 along with the permission, which could be via sign or anvil.
