Suggested name: SBRace

What I want: A plugin that you have a set amount of time (In minutes, and the time is configured in the config.yml file) to get the highest island level you can, basically using the skyblock plugin but you only have a certain amount of time and you need to reach the best island level you can. I want the prefix to be configurable and also the custom messages it says.

Ideas for commands: /sbr start (to start the game) /sbr party <create, invite, delete> <name, player> (Player is when you do /sbr party invite, and name is when you do /sbr party create and you put the name of the party)
ADMIN COMMANDS: /sbr reload (reloads the plugin)

Ideas for permissions: sbr.start sbr.party.* sbr.reload
