Skeletons shooting flame arrows

    Some plugin is making mobs feel like they are running faster and skeletons that have non-enchanted bows sometimes shoot flame arrows and it actually does fire damage. They are not near lava, and its not enchanted.

    Does anyone know what plugin would be causing this? I would think McMMO.
