Filled Simple Spawn Plugin

I know I've requested tons of plugins lately, so sorry for that! I hope this will be my last in a while.

I need lightweight simple spawn plugin. Players need to spawn at the spawn point on death and on /spawn. There also needs to be new player spawn.

Commands and permissions:
/spawn - teleports you to spawn. no permissions.

/setspawn - sets the spawnpoint. setspawn.admin

/setnewspawn - sets the new player spawnpoint. You only spawn there when you first join the server. setspawn.admin

Note: I do not want to use essentials for this, but the plugin must override essentials.

 

Do you want players with a specific permission be able to do /spawn [player] to teleport a player to spawn? If so then what should the permission be?
