Simple permissions cannot figure out

It may be sounding bad but I cannot simply set up proper permissions.

I use the following:

GG Servers host with multicraft.

PermissionEx plugin
Precious stones plugin
SetHome plugin
TPA plugin

The TPA plugin works for everyone without any permission.

Precious stones and SetHome work only with op.

How can I Make this work for every player on the server.

I think i've read over 100 posts about this, 10-15 tutorials. I hope this is something that is out of my hands and i'm not that dumb.

Some items in your permissions.yml file are not appropriately aligned. Spaces do matter!!

To fix this, I would recommend that you delete your entire permissions.yml file, and use the command line in-game to restart it from scratch. Doing this will create the required alignment for you. Also, you could diminish the number of plugins that you are using by a ton if you just used Essentials or EssentialsX.

The TPA plugin and the SetHome plugin can be merged into one, and you would get so many other features, so I genuinely suggest you check that out here.
