Simple Anti-Spam

    if you speak to fast during a certain amount of time then you get the message -

    "You have been blocked temporarily from talking in global chat due to spam for 1 minute."

    in the colour "light red" "&c" the unblock time will be after 1 minute.

    If your planning on helping, please be reasonable with the chat times, I don't want it too strict.
