Showing off items in chat

What I want: Don't know if this has been made before, if so, please link it. But a plugin that you type a specific thing in chat, for example /hand and it would show the exact item you are currently holding, any custom name or lore it might have, the enchants and the amount in that current stack. Should also be able to be used within a chat message so having at as an actual command wouldn't be ideal. Would also have a customizable cooldown.


Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: permission.item.show (Permission to use the "command"
Permission.item.bypass.cooldown (Bypasses the cooldown)
