   Hi there, I was looking for a plugin which is a custom enchantment and is only obtainable via command. For instance /shockwave pickaxe and /shockwave shovel.
   This enchantment will mine a 3x3 block on whichever block it breaks.
   
   That is all, I know there is explosive enchants but I do not want that. If anyone could do this that would be great.
