Setting Permissions with other plugin

    Hi!

    I want to give players permissions to user certain runes from RuneCraft, after they have completed a task.

    Is it possible to have Java write to the permissions file and then reload it?

    Could anyone show me a snippet of bukkit/java code opening, writing to and closing a file?
