I have a server on craftbukkit and when I place beehives with 3 bees in them, they will not come out. The same is true for a spigot server, but it works fine on singleplayer and a regular minecraft server. There are no plugins and the only datapack I have is to show how many bees are in a nest. Please help update: When I summon bees with a command, they go in and out of the nest regularly, but bees that spawned naturally within a nest will not work.
